Frequently Asked Questions

What are the expected delivery times?:

Allow 7 days for delivery of books and tapes.

For Photographs sent via Fed Ex please allow one week if photo is in stock.Allow 14 days if photo has to be ordered.

What are the shipping costs?:

Cost of shipping photographs is $15 per shipment.

Shipping costs for books and tapes is $4.50 per item.

If you order more than one then just add $2.00 per item after the first item.

When will items be shipped?
After total payment is received and has cleared the bank.

Do you have Volume Discounts?:

If you order 20 copies (one box) of Flashing On The Sixties book or tape you will receive a 40% discount plus shipping costs.

If you order 40 copies (one box) of Interviews With Icons, you get a 40% discount plus shipping.

What is your Return Policy?:

There are no returns accepted for books or tapes or photos unless they are damaged during shipping. (We require that the shipper verify that the package was damaged "en-route").

Please email us if this is the case and we will handle it.

What is your Copyright Policy?:

Copyright and penalties for un-authorized use of images.

If you would like to use an image for your web site you must:

give place credit and copyright under the photo(s) used

Any unauthorized printing of my photographs comes with a minimum $1,500 fee/fine that will be enforced by legal counsel.

All photographs on this site have a digital signature and are trackable by a web-based automated robot.

What is an archival silver print?

An archival silver print is a print made on fiber paper that is coated with silver gelatin and then developed and fixed.

What is an archival digital print?

An archival digital print is a print made on color photo paper with ink directly from a scan of the original negative of the photo.

What does archival mean?

Long lasting.
